Professional business coaching is a structured process typically involving 6 to 12 sessions, with each session lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, usually held weekly. The following session builds upon this new information, with the coach providing support, motivation, and guidance to help the client draw meaningful conclusions and take responsibility for their growth.
