Business Coaching

Coaching is a modern method of achieving high results and clearly defined goals. According to the definition of the International Federation of Coaching (IFC), “Coaching is a process based on the principles of partnership, stimulating thought and creativity processes, inspiring clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Professional business coaching is a systematic work that provides a package of coaching sessions from 6 to 12. Usually, coaching sessions are held once a week for 1-1.5 hours. During the meeting, the coaching supports to develop conclusions about the situation, and develop a plan and strategy for the future. During the week between sessions, the client tries new steps, completes tasks, and receives feedback. The next session is built based on this new information in which the coach supports the client draw concluding the results, supporting, and helping to find motivation. At some point, a person develops a conscious attitude towards his life, he begins to take more and more responsibility for what happens to him. And in the process, he notices positive changes and results.

Thus, the main results of coaching are the development of the client, to boost of the client’s potential, the stimulation of awareness and integrity, but also, of course, the achievement of the goal that was discussed at the beginning of the coaching relationship, having clear criteria for measuring the success of one’s result.

During coaching, the client gets used to goals thinking attitude, taking responsibility for their decisions, and setting new, more ambitious goals and objectives. And this is very important, as it affects the future life of a person. A person awakens a taste for achievement and an understanding that everything we can achieve because he knows how to turn a goal into a result.
